Crushing release filled with emotions, heaviness, beautiful melodies, meaningful lyrics and creativity. Albums like this make me happy that black metal grew up out of singing about satan and occultism, and playing the simpliest of riffs in the lowest quality possible. This one is one of the most mature attempts on black metal + the production is stunning. 11/10
